Anti-Trafficking

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and Limited Road LLC, located at 2915 Biscayne Blvd STE 200-83, Miami, FL, 33137 United States (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Platform is a digital fantasy entertainment service that provides fictional, non-human, non-real-world conversational interactions. All profiles, conversations, and characters are entirely fictitious. No real-world relationships, physical meetings, or real identities are offered or implied.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS

   1. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use the Platform.
   2. Where required by law, regulation, or card-network rules, you must successfully complete age verification through an approved third-party provider before accessing restricted content.
   3. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that:
      • You meet the legal age requirement
      • You are using the Platform voluntarily and for entertainment only
      • Your use is lawful in your jurisdiction
   4. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we suspect underage use or unlawful activity.

2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

   1. The Platform provides fictional, fantasy-based, non-real-world entertainment only.
   2. You acknowledge and agree that:
      • All profiles, personas, and conversations are entirely fictitious
      • No real persons are represented
      • Messages may be automated, AI-generated, scripted, pre-written, or human-assisted, but are always fictional
      • There is no possibility of real-world contact, meetings, or relationships
      • Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental
   3. You agree:
      • Not to rely on any content as factual
      • Not to treat any character as a real person
      • Not to attempt to locate, contact, identify or validate any “profile” outside the Platform

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

   1. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account, and keep your information updated.
   2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
   3. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to be carried out by you.
   4. You must notify us immediately at support@Singles4Locals.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
   5. You may only have one account unless explicitly authorized by us.

4. CREDITS & PAYMENTS

   1. Certain features of the Platform require the use of digital credits (“Credits”). Credits hold no cash value and are not currency.
   2. Credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF UNUSED.
   3. Credits are non-transferable and may not be gifted, resold, exchanged, or moved between accounts.
   4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
      • Chargeback manipulation
      • Payment fraud
      • Refund abuse
      • Stolen payment methods
      Such termination may result in forfeiture of Credits.
   5. If your account is terminated without wrongdoing on your part, unused Credits may be refunded at our discretion.

5. PROHIBITED USE & CONTENT

   You agree NOT to:
   • Upload or distribute illegal content
   • Involve minors (real or fictional) in any romantic, erotic or sexual context
   • Upload explicit material involving real individuals
   • Share contact information or attempt to obtain contact information
   • Attempt to identify or interact with a fictional profile outside the Platform
   • Promote violence, terrorism, hate speech or extremism
   • Promote human trafficking, coercion or exploitation
   • Engage in doxxing, blackmail, extortion or harassment
   • Use deepfakes, stolen images, or third-party likenesses without rights
   • Use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools
   • Reverse engineer, decompile or copy Platform technology
   • Use the Platform for commercial purposes
   • Upload viruses or intentional malware
   • Circumvent safety, compliance or monitoring systems
   Any breach may result in permanent termination and referral to authorities.

6. MONITORING & HUMAN OVERSIGHT

   1. The Platform uses a combination of:
      • Automated risk detection
      • AI moderation systems
      • Human review teams
   2. We may:
      • Monitor communications for compliance
      • Remove or block prohibited content
      • Suspend or terminate accounts
      • Report illegal activity to authorities where required
   3. We are not responsible for user-submitted content, but reserve the right to remove or block it at any time.

7. ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY

   1. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
   2. Prohibited on the Platform:
      • Recruitment, advertising or solicitation of trafficking
      • Forced labor content or exploitation
      • Sexual exploitation or coercion
   3. We maintain systems that:
      • Detect suspicious language and patterns
      • Retain logs for law enforcement
      • Cooperate with authorities when necessary

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DMCA

   1. All Platform materials including text, graphics, systems, software, AI models and branding are owned by Limited Road LLC or its licensors.
   2. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal entertainment only.

   3. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used illegally, you may submit a DMCA notice to:

      • Identification of copyrighted work
      • Location of material
      • Statement of good-faith belief
      • Statement under penalty of perjury
      False claims may result in liability.

9. USER CONTENT LICENSE

   1. You retain ownership of content you upload.
   2. However, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to download, use, store, stream, publish, distribute, process and modify your content for:
      • Operating the Platform
      • Security, compliance and fraud prevention
      • Improving AI and systems
      • Legal compliance
   3. You may not upload any content:
      • Involving minors
      • Without electoral or written permission
      • That infringes third-party rights

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

    1. The Platform may integrate third parties (payments, AV, infrastructure etc.)
    2. We are not responsible for:
       • Their services
       • Their policies
       • Their security practices
    3. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their own terms.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no guarantees of:
    • Continuous availability
    • Error-free performance
    • Accuracy of fictional content
    • Compatibility with all devices or networks

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
    • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
    • We are not liable for lost profits, data, or reputation
    • Your sole remedy is to stop use of the Platform
    • Our total liability is limited to $10 USD or the amount paid in the last 30 days (whichever is lower)
    If any limitation is unlawful in your jurisdiction, the minimum permitted limitation applies.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

    1. Before formal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution.
    2. If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.
    3. You agree to individual arbitration only and waive any right to participate in a class or collective action, where legally enforceable.
    4. Arbitration shall be conducted in Miami-Dade County, :state, unless otherwise required by law.
    Certain legal exceptions may apply (small-claims, IP enforcement etc.)

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of :state, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where permitted:
    • Any court proceedings must be brought in Miami-Dade County, :state
    • Where local consumer protection law is mandatory (e.g. Canada), such law shall prevail to the minimum extent required.

15. TERMINATION

    1. You may terminate your account at any time.
    2. We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
       • Terms violation
       • Illegal activity
       • Fraud or abuse
    3. Upon termination, all licenses immediately cease.
    4. Unused Credits may be refunded only if termination was not due to misconduct.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

    We may update these Terms for:
    • Legal compliance
    • Safety & risk reasons
    • Service improvements
    Continued use after notice = acceptance.
